The overall comfort of the hotel was excellent, with complimentary tea/coffee in the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering directions and tips. The breakfast buffet had great choices including omelettes and waffles. The room had great amenities such as daily complimentary water, efficient air conditioning, and a balcony with an incredible view. The WiFi always worked well.
Nothing bad to say.

Please stay away from this low class hotel. I had very bad experiance in this hotel and no body could help me from Booked.net or the hotel manager how sold my reservation to another family and transferred me and my family to un accepted hotel. The whole hotel is like a tunnel 8 meeter by 16 meeter and located in down hill street and does not have any meaning of facilities.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, with easy access to all sorts of public transport and just a stone's throw away from the bustling Taksim Square. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was beautifully decorated and meticulously clean, providing enhanced comfort throughout our stay. We were also impressed with the wide range of amenities and services offered, including room service, car hire, laundry, and airport shuttle. The hotel truly exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality and comfortable stay.
We recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit this place.

The location of the hotel was superb, just a short walk from all the main attractions. The breakfast was also quite good, varied and fresh. What we enjoyed the most was the Christmas decorations, they really put us in the holiday mood.
The room itself was not up to our expectations. The carpet had some stains, there was a weird smell coming from the bathroom and the bed sheets were not very clean. We also had some issues with the heating system as it was not working properly. we were quite disappointed with our stay at this hotel.

Stay for days, daily breakfasts are rich and delicious, the ingredients are fresh. Proximity to Taksim Square, the traffic is very convenient. There are a few Suit and Junior Suit rooms. That is suit for family and friends on their own for those who cook together, near the supermarket can dine economy. Hotel is not large, but exquisite decoration and textured design, security and modern management, and the equipments are complete. Suit and Junior Suite two kinds of room with a jacuzzi, double basin design, that is convienient for family people use at the same time. Other standard rooms are same size in sleeping area, but with a smaller bath area, confortable too. Although the restaurant is in the basement, due to the well-ventilated sunny garden, and outdoor tables, with LCD TV, it is a dining and comfortable environment, if nobody smoking. There has a basement toilet and washbasin, open to the housing to use.It make people feel friendly and convenient. Luggage storage space is not for specific design, but the security is no problem. The manage details seemed has no SOP. Otherwise the hotel is about to change the name and mode of operation. Now is the family business, after the change should be better.

Good breakfast , close to istaqlal str, and other transportation services. When you arrive to the international airport take either subway or hawas bus to save allot of mony remember me when you do that.
Small rooms ande make sure not in the ground floor . The hotel stuff do not comply to your complains regarding other guests noise.

The location was actually in the margins of the the hotel district of Taksim and the conference valley (about 20 minutes walk), and a close walking distance to Taksim Square, the Metro, and Istikal Ave (if you like active evening scene of after dinner drinks, coffee and chatting). I was billeted in a suite with 2 single beds. The room was not spacious but adequate. The beds are narrower than usual, but that was fine with me. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the bathroom best - clean, nicely furnished with modern fixtures and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate; I liked the fresh bread.
The downside was the television programming which consisted mostly of Turkish programs, with only 2 English channels (one was Al Jazeera English news). The lobby was very small and not a place to relax. The walls were not sound proofed and one could hear noise within adjoining rooms, if the tenants were loud. The immediate surround could be disappointing with heavy traffic and unsightly sidewalk of neighboring structures (if compared to the hotels nearby). The hotel can improve its frontage appearance.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is a great choice for exploring the main attractions. You can easily walk to Taksim Square and enjoy the bustling atmosphere. the rooms are equipped with modern amenities and the bathroom is clean and spacious. the staff is friendly and helpful, and they go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. the breakfast buffet is delicious, with a variety of options that will satisfy all tastes. you can enjoy complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby any time of day.
The only downside to this hotel is some minor issues with housekeeping, like forgetting to replenish towels or leaving behind a dirty plate. the staff quickly resolved these minor issues upon request.
